Create a consulting agreement between my company and a marketing consultant. Include a $10,000 fee, a 90-day term, monthly deliverables, and payment due within 15 days.

Simplify

Understand every contract before you sign.

See the original wording and a plain-English version side by side. Simplification keeps the original meaning and never silently changes your obligations — the original always stays the source of truth.

Original legal language

9.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated.

9.2 Either party may terminate this agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice, provided that all outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to the effective termination date shall remain due and payable.

Veyra simplified

9.1 The agreement starts on the start date and runs until someone ends it.

9.2 Either party can end this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. However, any money owed before the termination date must still be paid.

Contract intelligence

Know what you're agreeing to before you sign.

Color-coded highlights point to payment terms, renewals, liability, indemnities, and ownership. Veyra explains who a clause may favor and why — in context, without labeling it unfair just because it benefits one side.

Veyra. From contract to payment.

The smarter way to create, understand, negotiate, sign, and pay.

Product previews use sample data. Signing, redlining, and payment features shown here are demonstrations; payments would run through authorized providers and Veyra never holds funds. AI explanations are informational, not legal advice.
